Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Olu Olu Online Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within dependant on the service used. Please refer to the estimates table below. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays.

Any orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next day. Order placed on Friday after 1pm will be processed on Monday.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates (for United Kingdom)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*PLEASE NOTE - On rare occasion’s delays can be made which are outside of our control, these can be during adverse weather changes, national holidays or a parcel may have been lost via courier. To ensure no failures are made for delivery, please make sure the address details are correct. 

Expected delivery timeframes are an estimate provided by the courier company, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances with the courier. Express delivery options may arrive later than 1-3 days. 

Olu Olu Foods Ltd is responsible for despatching your orders on time (proof will be recorded and can be provided), however Olu Olu Foods will not be held liable for any delays that occur due to issues experienced by the courier. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Olu Olu Online Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Olu Olu Online Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials, damaged goods and we advice photographic evidence to be taken before filing a claim.
 

International Shipping Policy

Currently, we are not offering delivery outside of UK for all products. Please check the delivery availability in the order checkout for the product. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
