We wish for all of our customers to be completely satisfied and if you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact us via email or on our customer care number below.
Any Parcels damaged in transit must be reported to us immediately. This also applies for any faulty goods. Please contact the care team and quote your order number, If advised, In the case of a return, goods must be returned in original packaging and condition. For health and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds on any foods items that have been used, opened or had their security seal broken. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We will not refund any incomplete purchases.
The item must be returned at your own cost and responsibility. We would recommend carrying out ‘recorded’ or ‘signed-for’ delivery as this will avoid any risks.
We are unable to refund or replace an item if the expiry date is longer than 30 days at the time of purchase.
